San Diego Condo Stats up for July….

Total number of “attached” homes sales, condos/townhomes/twinhomes/rowhomes, in San Diego County has been bouncing around 1000 units per month for the last 3 months.  This is up from this time last year when we were seeing about 750-800 units per month being sold.  Our Price per square foot has been hovering around $225/sf, down significantly from around $285/sf last year at this time.  And we are continuing to see more activity on the lower end of the price spectrum, reflecting in an average sale price of $260,000, hovering right around there for the last 3 months.  The average percentage of sale price vs. list price was 101% last month, indicating that list prices have been pretty in line with what buyers have been willing to pay.   Check out all the San Diego Condos Stats for the last 3 months on my Market Conditions page!
