This past weekend was BUSY in San Diego real estate. No doubt we are seeing and feeling additional shifting in the market with more and more buyers getting off the fence and entering the “active” looking pool. Again… still a challenging market for both buyers and sellers. But mostly for buyers. For sellers, we are continuing to see banks improving their process on short sales and upping their approval rates.
